I understand that every student’s path to college is unique. 

That is why The College Navigators offers a range of flexible services to meet families where they are — from 1:1 comprehensive counseling to detailed application reviews and our virtual group program, The Navigator Network.

While I encourage most students to join The Navigator Network, I recognize that some families prefer more individualized guidance. For that reason, I offer a very limited number of 1:1 spots each year for rising seniors seeking personalized, step-by-step support through the college admissions process.

Because I receive more requests than I can accommodate, I ask that you complete the short application below. This helps determine whether 1:1 counseling is the best fit for your student’s goals and needs.

This service is best suited for highly motivated students who take initiative, meet deadlines, and work independently between meetings. It may not be the right fit for students who need frequent check-ins, reminders, or ongoing accountability support.

If it seems like a good match, I will reach out to schedule a follow-up call with both the student and parent to discuss next steps, review the process in detail, and share information about pricing and available options.

Important: The College Navigators is located on the East Coast, and 1:1 college consulting meetings are not scheduled past 7:00 PM EST.

Please Note: Comprehensive college counseling packages are currently available only for students in grades 11 and 12. Students in grades 9 and 10 may schedule hourly consultations as needed.
